System Installation :

Mechanical installation

The steel platform of the parking system is anchored to the concrete surface with chemical anchors.

The quality of the concrete surface should be at least B20 class.

Electrical switchboard & hydraulic cabinet is installed near the platforms and anchored to concrete surface.

Between the cabinet and platforms are main pipes (2 lines) for hydraulic oil, each platform is connected to this piping with solenoid and divide valves.

Control panel is installed on suitable place to operate the system.

Electrical installation

For the electrical connection of the parking system is necessary to have separate electrical power supply line 3x 400 VA + fuse from the building main electrical switchboard.

Control panel is connected with  the electrical switchboard & hydraulic cabinet with the multi wire cable + el. supply cable.

Operation:

The mechanical part of the parking (the platform) is moving thanks to hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic pump.

With one hydraulic unit (standard supply) is possible to operate only one platform at a time!

With larger installation is better to use more pumps, in your case at least 2. One hydraulic pump could serve maximum of  12 units (for 24 cars).

Control Unit – with buttons UP/ DOWN is possible to move the platform up and down. There is a sensor for the car below the platform. If the car is present, the control buttons unit of this position are blocked.

The advantage of the system is:

-        the system is flat and very compact

-        does not need the pit (suitable to install also later in existing garages), no building preparation is necessary

-        possible to park SUV above (up to 2500 kg max. load)
