Family parking often called the Mini Rotary Type, this is the designed system that an automobile is put in the cage, the cage rotates up and down as well as right and left and then the automobile is parked. It is easily constructed in a small area and it is scarcely out of order vecause it is a simple circular rotating type. As it is deemed to be a structure, it is excluded from the building-to-land ratio.
