DOPA 1
Leak-protection lining
DOPA 1
Maintaining the value of petrol tanks and ensuring their safety without troublesome ground-works
Leak-protection lining with vacuum monitoring for storage of heating oil, diesel oil, aviation fuel, petrol and other liquids which pose a threat to water, with appropriate proof of resistance.
Reinforced Dopa 1 leak-protection lining
Dopa 1 from Adisa is a plastic-based leak-protection lining with vacuum monitoring. The existing tank is provided with an internal coat, following a well-thought-out and patented procedure. A reduced pressure is generated between the existing tank and the leak-protection lining, and monitored continuously with an explosion-protected alarm device. If either the inner or the outer coat develops a leak the reduced pressure is no longer maintained, and the alarm device instantly triggers a visual and audible alarm. With Dopa 1 the times of uncertainty with your previously unmonitored installation are finally over. Nor do you any longer need to rack your brains about how a long-overdue adaptation of your tanks can sensibly be achieved without tearing up asphalt or concrete sites. With Dopa 1 from Adisa you not only save money and worry, you also render costly and troublesome construction work unnecessary.

SYSTEM FOR PROTECTION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE RESERVOIRS
DOPA 1
It is used for the lining of the both underground and above ground reservoirs (steel and concrete). After lining the reservoir by using the laminate with the built-in glass-textile fibre, a double-cup reservoir is created from the single-peticoat reservoir (in the terms of STN 650202) with the monitored interspace. It is constructed right at the building site. It is suitable for use in the reservoirs where furnace oil, diesel, jet fuel and other inflammable liquids of Class I to IV of hazardousness are stored, in the terms of STN 92 0800: 2002.
The original coat of the reservoir performs the task of emergency reservoir. Vacuum, created in the inter space between the wall of the reservoir and the laminated layer, is through the in-built measurement piping monitored permanently. The untight spots, created within the time of operation of the reservoir, are by the loss of vacuum immediately indicated to the operating personnel. However, the loss of the stored product does not occur, thanks to the creation of the double-cup. The measurement of the vacuum is performed by the GROVAC measuring device, which is situated outside the body of the reservoir.
System DOPA 1 is made of these components:
- Epoflex 2 (4) is two-part layering bitumen, produced on the basis of epoxide bitumen
- Epoflex klebmortel is a two-part aglutinative and caulking mortar produced on the basis of
epoxide bitumen
- Al folia-specking aluminium foil
- Al adhesive tape- aluminium adhesive tape
- Epoflex 2 Thix is a two-part tixotrophic laminating bitumen produced on the basis of epoxide
bitumen
- Glass-textile fibre for the stiffening of the laminating layer
- ADA-POX L is a covering colour creating an electrically conductive layer
